Why SHR?
SHR, or Super Hair Removal, is a laser hair removal treatment that targets and destroys hair follicles using pulsed laser light, the most advanced form of laser hair removal available. By absorbing laser light energy, the pigment in the hair shaft heats up and damages the follicle, preventing future hair growth.

How does SHR Laser Hair Removal feel?
A painless and comfortable treatment is made possible by the use of SHR technology which filters out unnecessary wavelengths. The most common description is that it feels like taking a warm bath or shaving.

Is SHR Laser Hair Removal suitable for everyone?
A major advantage of the SHR hair removal treatment is its suitability for everyone, regardless of age, skin type, or colour.

How many treatments will SHR Laser Hair Removal require?
The visible results will vary depending on the type of skin, hair, hormones, and hair cycle. We recommend 2 to 4 weekly treatments for the first 6-12 months to achieve optimum results. Typically, clients see noticeable results after 4-6 sessions, such as slow hair growth, finer hair growth, or patchy hair growth. Touch-ups should be performed after a 6-12 month course in order to achieve the best results.

How soon will I see results from SHR Laser Hair Removal?
After laser hair removal, you should start seeing hair fall out after approximately 1-3weeks. Laser hair removal only damages hair that is actively growing. Despite the fact that hair will appear thinner and less noticeable after just one treatment, optimal results will require multiple appointments.

During pregnancy, can SHR Laser Hair Removal be permitted?
It is strictly forbidden to undergo SHR Laser Hair Removal treatments until 3 month spost-pregnancy &/3 months post-breastfeeding, both for safety reasons.

Does the treatment permanently remove hair?
In spite of the fact that SHR hair removal is not permanent, the treatment does have a long-term effect. However, a hormonal change, such as starting or stopping contraceptive pills, becoming pregnant, going through menopause, changing your medication, or being under a lot of stress, may trigger new hair growth.
