1. Validity

Packages are valid for 3 Years from the date of purchase. There is to be no extension of the expiry date, and any unutilised purchases after the expiry date are void.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to provide notice within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit, with no refund issued.

To ensure that everyone is taken care of fairly, please arrive early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or reduced service. Otherwise, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

All products sold are not refundable, shareable, transferable or exchangeable.

You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses or personal injury resulting from the use of our services and/or treatments and/or products.
